We will not proceed with any additional services or support while a refund request or chargeback is active.

Once work has commenced on any project, no refunds will be issued. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that our time, resources, and expertise are allocated from the moment work begins. If you choose to terminate the project early, you are not entitled to a refund for any portion of the payment already made.
If applicable, we may, at our discretion, offer to complete the remainder of the agreed scope as a gesture of goodwill, but this is not guaranteed and does not constitute an obligation.
