Maintenance Agreement
1. Purpose
This agreement defines the ongoing maintenance and support services provided by PixelPals Agency for the Client’s Wix website.
2. Scope of Work
PixelPals will handle all technical upkeep and website performance management, including:

Full technical support and debugging

Coordination with Wix Support and handling of Wix tickets on behalf of the client

SEO monitoring, reporting, and ongoing optimisation
-
Addition of up to 5 new pages throughout the year
-
Updates and adjustments within existing pages, settings, and content
-
Performance monitoring and small functionality improvements as required
3. Priority Response and Support
PixelPals provides priority response times for maintenance clients:

Support requests acknowledged within 24 hours (Mon–Fri)
-
Urgent technical issues or site downtime escalated immediately via Wix ticket support and resolved as soon as possible
-
Regular updates and follow-up communication until issues are fully resolved
4. Term and Payment
This maintenance package is valid for 12 months from the activation date.
The cost is 75% of the original website price (excluding any additional features added post-launch).
Payment is due in full at the start of the maintenance period, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Exclusions
The following are not included within this agreement:

Complete website redesign or rebranding
-
New functionality or integrations requiring custom development
-
More than five additional pages (these can be quoted separately)

By signing below, both parties confirm their understanding and acceptance of this Website Maintenance Agreement.
